Representatives from the Proxfin international network met in Bangkok, Thailand, on September 8 to 12, to hold their annual general meeting and their annual conference under the theme of governance.

During the AGM, Proxfin members decided that they would commemorate the network’s 10^th anniversary by holding next year’s annual meeting at the third International Summit of Cooperatives.

Proxfin is an international network of 30 community financing institutions, in 22 countries, that have partnered with Développement international Desjardins (DID) to provide better access to financial services for more than 9 million families and entrepreneurs access financial services.
